These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “User,” or “Registrant”) and Nfor.Name.
2. Account Creation
You must create an account to purchase or manage domains.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal details (name, address, contact, and email).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any suspicious or unauthorized account activity must be immediately reported to [email protected].
3. Domain Registration
Domain names are registered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration is subject to ICANN policies, registry rules, and Nfor.Name’s verification process.
You must ensure the spelling, TLD (extension), and ownership details are correct before confirming registration.
Once a domain is registered, it cannot be changed, modified, or refunded.
Domain registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Nfor.Name reserves the right to deny or cancel any registration found to violate applicable laws or intellectual property rights.
4. Domain Renewal
Domain renewals must be completed before expiration to avoid service interruption.
Nfor.Name will send renewal reminders to your registered email address; however, you are fully responsible for renewing your domain on time.
Expired domains may enter a grace period or redemption period, during which extra fees may apply.
Once deleted by the registry, a domain may become publicly available again for registration.
5. Domain Transfer
Transfers are governed by ICANN’s Transfer Policy and registry-specific rules.
You must unlock your domain and provide a valid EPP/Auth code before initiating a transfer.
Domains must be at least 60 days old before they can be transferred to another registrar.
Transfers in progress may take up to 7 days to complete.
Transfer fees are non-refundable once initiated.
6. Domain Ownership and Contact Information
The individual or entity listed as the Registrant Contact in WHOIS data is considered the legal domain owner.
You must keep your WHOIS contact information accurate and current.
Providing false or misleading ownership data may result in suspension or deletion of the domain.
Nfor.Name may verify your identity at any time to ensure compliance with registry and ICANN requirements.
7. WHOIS Privacy & Email Forwarding
Nfor.Name offers optional WHOIS Privacy Protection services to mask your contact details from public databases.
You acknowledge that using privacy protection may not guarantee total anonymity due to registry or legal disclosure requirements.
Email forwarding services are provided “as is” and should not be used for critical or high-volume communications.
Abuse of email forwarding (spam, phishing, scams, etc.) will lead to immediate termination of the service.
8. Domain Suspension or Termination
Your domain may be suspended or terminated if you:
Use it for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities (e.g., phishing, malware, spam).
Infringe on intellectual property or trademark rights.
Provide false registration information or violate ICANN’s Registrant Rights and Responsibilities.
Fail to comply with Nfor.Name’s Acceptable Use Policy or payment obligations.
9. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹) or USD ($) depending on your location.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments must be made in full before activation, renewal, or transfer.
Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in account suspension until resolved.
10. Refund Policy
Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once processed.
Hosting and other digital services may qualify for a refund within 7 days, subject to approval.

11. Acceptable Use of Domains and Services
You agree not to use your domain or hosting for:
Hosting or promoting illegal, adult, or copyrighted material.
Distributing malware, spam, or phishing campaigns.
Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
Violating applicable laws or ICANN regulations.
Violation of this clause may result in suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data.
All information collected during your registration or service use is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable).
We do not sell, rent, or misuse user data.
13. Service Uptime and Maintenance
Nfor.Name strives for 99.9% uptime; however, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party network failures.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly but are not liable for damages resulting from downtime.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, and software on nfor.name are owned by or licensed to Nfor.Name.
Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute any material without prior written consent.
15. Limitation of Liability

Loss of domains due to late renewal or incorrect details.

16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nfor.Name, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
17. Amendments
Nfor.Name may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Services after changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
